Purple savoy cabbage faithful selection of the “Veronese” ecotype, present in the countryside of the Adige river already since the nineteenth century. Uniform variety, characterized by thick purplish colored outern leaves and bright green-yellow on the inside. Compact heads with a pleasant sulphurous and sweetish flavor that lend themselves to various uses in the kitchen, both for soups and risottos, and for flans and salads. Belonging to the list of PAT (Traditional Agri-food Product) of the Veneto Region. Both organic and conventional seed available. High germination calibrated seed certified free of Xanthomonas campestris pv. Campestris, Alternaria spp. e Phoma lingam.
