San Marzano type fruits tomato. The fruits can be harvested when their color is green and yellowish or after they fully ripe (bright red). The plant is vigorous with mid-short internodes. Its compact flesh is indicated to make fresh caprese salads during the summer and to make tasty tomato sauce with a thick texture.
