Product Description
San Marzano type fruits tomato. The fruits can be harvested when their color is green and yellowish or after they fully ripe (bright red). The plant is vigorous with mid-short internodes. Its compact flesh is indicated to make fresh caprese salads during the summer and to make tasty tomato sauce with a thick texture. Its organoleptic qualities result in a more tasty flavour of every plate this tomato is used.
