Ancient variety of winter storing tomato, from Puglia region. Perfect for dry farming. Can be harvested at the end of the summer and stored at room temperature till April of the following year. Can be used on bruschetta or friselle in winter, when no other tomato is available. Solid flesh and thick skin that allow a long shelf life. Harvest when orange.
