Product Description
Typical of Northern Italy, this variety is also called “Bertina” because of its flattened and big fruit. The skin is of a lead-green color tending to grey and it is thick, which guarantees a long shelf life throughout the winter. This squash must be picked by leaving a bit of the stem. Its yellow-orange colored flesh has a sweet taste and is not stringy, which make it suitable for grocchi, soups and pureed soups.
It is characterized by long shelf life and high yields.
Destined to fresh market.
