Ancient variety of leaf broccoli, also known as “broccolo Bastardo” (i.e bastard broccoli), as it comes from an ancient cross between a broccoli plant and a savoy cabbage. It was present in the countryside of Padua already in the 19th century, and it is characterized by a flexible cycle, as it is suitable for harvesting from November to February. Thick but sweet leaf, much appreciated when cooked and served as side dish. Both organic and conventional seed available. High germination calibrated seed certified free of Xanthomonas campestris pv. Campestris, Alternaria spp. e Phoma lingam.
