Microgreen seeds
Just as for baby leaf cultivation, some of our seeds of the different species and types are suitable for microgreen production, i.e. the seedling at the first true leaf stage, including the cotyledons. Extremely nutritious, tasty and healthy. Baby Kale, Mizuna, Pak choi, Mustard, Komatsuna and Tatsoi are just some of the names of these beautiful little leaves for your colourful and uniquely flavoured mixes.
