Typical French variety, it is widely used in Italy as well thanks to the taste of its pulp and its excellent yield. This variety is characterized by strong and big midribs and by several colors of its skin and pulp, the former being of an ochre color tending to orange, the latter being of a bright orange color.
High shelf life. Suitable for transplanting from April to May.
This variety is destined to fresh market, industry and processing.
