Uniform variety, characterized by thick leaves that appear purplish on the outside and bright-green/yellow on the inside. Compact heads with a pleasant sulphurous and sugary flavor that lend themselves to various uses in the kitchen, especially for soups, risottos, flans and salads. Belonging to the list of PAT (Traditional Agri-food Product) of the Veneto region. Both organic and conventional seed available.
