Chicory (Cichorium intybus and C. endivia) is one of the most diversified vegetable families in Italian tradition: it includes dozens of chicory varieties distinguished by shape, colour, season and culinary use.

CATALOGNA AND PUNTARELLE
Catalogna chicories are among the most versatile for professional vegetable growing. Medusa is the quintessential Galatina puntarelle, a very early selection with a fresh and pleasantly bitter taste, an extremely crunchy and tender texture. Felix is the giant Chioggia catalogna: medium cycle (80 days from transplanting), with green and serrated leaves, pleasantly bitter and versatile in the kitchen.

TREVISO TARDIVO RADICCHIO: FORCING
