BABY KALE: FROM NICHE TO MAINSTREAM
Baby kale has moved in just a few years from niche crop to a fixed ingredient in chef menus and retail shelves, thanks to its nutritional density (vitamins K, C, A, calcium), visual impact of curly leaves and milder taste compared to mature kale.

ENZO AND CIRO: THE REFERENCE VARIETIES
Enzo and Ciro are Smarties.bio's two cultivars selected for professional production: short cycle (18-25 days at 20°C), tender leaves with characteristic curly edges, high tray yield, suitable for both hydroponic and organic substrate cultivation.

INDOOR AND VERTICAL FARM
Baby kale adapts perfectly to indoor and vertical farm production thanks to its response to artificial light and short cycle. Can be grown year-round at controlled temperatures of 15-22°C.
