PELLETED SEEDS: TECHNOLOGY AND BENEFITS
Pelleted seeds (or coated seeds) were developed to meet the precision requirements of modern mechanical sowing. Thanks to the coating of inert material, the seeds — often tiny and irregular — acquire a standardized spherical shape that makes them compatible with single-seed vacuum seeders. The result is uniform distribution, even germination, and a drastic reduction in manual thinning.

Among the most requested products in the pelleted seed category we find gentle batavia lettuces such as Albachiara and Albascura. Available as seeds in pellets for sowing in cellular trays: one seed per cell, maximum crop uniformity.
