Fennel seeds

The Smarties.bio fennel seeds are selected for the professional production of bulb/fruit fennel, for the fresh market and IV range. The range includes varieties suited to the main cultivation windows — spring, summer, and autumn — with uniform bulbs/fruits, white with a smooth texture, low in fiber, and tolerant to bolting.

Within our catalog you can find different types of fennel, from the earliest Trillo (75 days) and Lidio (80–85 days), to the later Accordo (90–95 days) and Tenore (110–120 days), allowing for a year-round harvest.
The range is completed by the wild fennel version XS324.
