Description

Super early cycle variety, 55 days to maturity, suitable for early plantings and harvesting. Very plastic variety, suitable for multiple plantings for spring, summer and early fall cropping. Excellent uniformity. Heads are rounded and nice, well over-wrapped and red colored even in warm conditions. Minimized white midrib. Very specific agronomical management, which requires a careful irrigation and fertilization due to the very short cycle. Suggested plant density: 10-11 plants per square meter to ensure good yields, which are facilitated also thanks to the average weight of the heads (around 300g each or more). Available in organic seed. High germination calibrated seed and coated seed available.

Last Winter we enjoyed these salads already, hope they will be ok again. But the delivery service was extremely bad as always with Hermes GmbH. My suggestion for small orders like mine: could be sent in an envelope via DHL or Poste Italiano cheaper and quicker
